Dejah Carr (Houston/Channelview) is a junior who competes in multiple throwing events for Texas Lutheran.

2020: Carr was named to the SCAC Spring Academic Honor Roll for the second time as a Bulldog.

2019: Carr went gold at the hammer throw in the SCAC Championships with a throw of 147 feet and five inches...Was named All-SCAC in the shot put with a throw of 37 feet and one inch and a third-place finish at the SCAC Championships...Also All-SCAC in the discus with a throw of 129 feet and 10 inches.

2018: Carr was named to the SCAC Spring Academic Honor Roll for her first time at TLU...Won the gold medal in the hammer throw with a throw of 143 feet and four inches...Was an All-SCAC selection in the discus with a silver medal throw of 130 feet and five inches.

Carr is a graduate of Channelview High School where she competed for Coach Patterson and was a state champion.

Personal: Her parents are Troy and Cecila Carr...Her major is business management and she is working towards her master’s in data analytics.
