Bio

2021: Nani Sanchez (McAllen/Memorial) is a sophomore defender for the Bulldogs.

2020-21: Sancehz was named to the SCAC Academic Honor Roll as a freshman for Texas Lutheran. Made four starts and played in all 11 games. Her two goals scored on the year was the second-most for TLU in the shortened spring season. Sanchez made her Bulldog debut on February 28, 2021 in Georgetown, Texas against Southwestern.

Sanchez went to McAllen Memorial High School where she played for Coach Matthew Kaiser and was a Second Team All-District selection her junior and senior seasons. She was also an honorable mention selection her freshman and sophomore years.

Personal: Her parents are Claudia Salinas and Erick Sanchez . She is a kinesiology / rehab science major.
