Dallas hit .014 for the match - moving 10-17 on the season.

Texas Lutheran started the first set down 3-1 but won four of the next five points to overcome the deficit and take a 5-4 lead of their own. After falling behind again later in the set, Texas Lutheran compiled a 4-0 and 3-0 run to take an 18-16 lead. The Crusaders were able to tie things up at 19 but the Bulldogs would go on to win the first set 25-20.

After trailing 2-1 to start the set, the Bulldogs imposed their will on the Crusaders after an 8-0 run gave Texas Lutheran a 9-2 lead. This would be the closest the Crusaders would come to the Bulldogs in the set as they cruised to a 25-8 second set victory.

The third set was much like the first two sets as the Crusaders landed an early advantage over Texas Lutheran - leading the Bulldogs 3-1. The Crusaders fought hard throughout the third set to avoid the sweep as the third set was a tightly contested battle as neither team could pull away and gain a sizable lead. Texas Lutheran would use a 3-0 run to close the set and take the match 3-0.
