Mackenzie Payne (McKinney/Heritage) is a sophomore middle-distance and long-distance runner for Texas Lutheran.
2020: Payne was named to the SCAC Spring Academic Honor Roll for the first time as a Bulldog.
Payne is a graduate of Heritage High School in McKinney, Texas, where she competed for Chryste Gaines.
