Bulldogs Swept by LeTourneau, 9-0
SEGUIN, Texas -- Texas Lutheran women's tennis dropped their non-conference match to LeTourneau Saturday afternoon, 9-0, at TLU's Ohlenbusch-Rinn Tennis Center.
The Bulldogs were swept in women's doubles and singles competition.
In doubles competition, the team of Bailey Denton (Hondo/Somerset) and Kayleigh Gardner (El Campo/El Campo) fought to a 7-8 conclusion. The team of Lindsay Beville (New Braunfels/Canyon) and Abbie Speyrer (Shallowater/Shallowater) fell 5-8.
Up next, Texas Lutheran continues non-conference action play as they welcome the Howard Payne Yellow Jackets to Seguin on Friday, Feb. 16. First serve is set for 2 PM.
