Bulldogs Swept by UMHB in Season Opener, 9-0

Results

BELTON, Texas -- Texas Lutheran women's tennis was swept by Mary Hardin-Baylor, 9-0, Saturday afternoon at the Yvonne Li Tennis Center in the 2024 season opener.

The Bulldogs were swept in doubles competition and would drop all six singles matches. The doubles team of freshman Lindsay Beville (New Braunfels/Canyon) and Abbie Speyrer (Shallowater/Shallowater) fought to an 8-2 finish.

Up next, Texas Lutheran will continue non-conference play as they travel to Austin to face the Concordia Tornados on Friday, Feb. 2nd. First serve is set for 4 PM.
