SEGUIN, Texas -- Texas Lutheran women's tennis was swept by the visiting Schreiner University Mountaineers, 9-0, Saturday afternoon at TLU's Ohlenbusch-Rinn Tennis Center to conclude the regular season.

Prior to the match, Texas Lutheran recognized its lone senior Kaitlyn Enloe (Seguin/Seguin) in pre-match Senior Day festivities - recognizing her accomplishments and thanking her for her contributions to the program. Thank you Kaitlyn for everything over the course of the last four years.

Due to injury, Texas Lutheran started the match with an 0-3 deficit. The Bulldogs were swept in all played matches in women's doubles and singles competition. Enloe and Kayleigh Gardner (El Campo/El Campo) each played tough second sets in singles competition before dropping their matches in straight sets.

Women's tennis falls to 2-12 overall and to 0-4 in the SCAC.

Texas Lutheran turns its attention to the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Tennis Conference Tournament being held in Kerrville, Texas, April 29-30.
