SEGUIN, Texas -- Texas Lutheran women's tennis dropped both of their matches 9-0 in a doubleheader against No. 16 Southwestern on Friday at TLU's Ohlenbusch-Rinn Tennis Center.

The Bulldogs were swept in women's doubles and singles competition in both matches. The team of Elena Brancaleon (San Antonio/Brandeis) and Paula Acosta pushed their doubles match to an 8-2 finish in the 1 PM slate. Haley Hoffmann (Seguin/Navarro) fought to a 6-2, 6-0 finish in her singles match in the 4 PM matches.

Up next, Texas Lutheran welcomes the Sul Ross State Lobos to the Ohlenbusch-Rinn Tennis Center on Thursday, April 21 for a non-conference match. First serve is set for 4 PM.
