SEGUIN, Texas -- Texas Lutheran women's tennis dropped their home match against the McMurry War Hawks, 5-2, Sunday morning at TLU's Ohlenbusch-Rinn Tennis Center.

Texas Lutheran was swept in doubles competition.

Texas Lutheran would respond by winning two of six singles matches. Paula Acosta won her match in straight sets 6-4, 6-4 for her second singles victory of the weekend. Elena Brancaleon (San Antonio/Brandeis) would win her second consecutive singles match - splitting the first two sets 6-7, 6-3 before winning the tiebreaker 10-5 to secure the win.

Up next, Texas Lutheran returns to conference play as they travel to Sherman, Texas, to face Austin College on Saturday, March 5th. First serve is set for 10 AM.
