HOUSTON, TX -- Texas Lutheran tennis dropped their conference opener to St. Thomas Saturday afternoon, 9-0.

The Bulldogs were swept in women's doubles and singles competition Saturday at the Memorial Park Tennis Center. Freshman Kara Bucey (Corpus Christi/London) pushed her match to decisive tiebreaker after splitting the first two sets 3-6, 6-2 before losing the tiebreaker 5-10.

The Bulldogs enter a busy stretch of their schedule as they will have three matches in three days that will start with a neutral site match against the Covenant Scots in Belton, Texas, on Thursday, February 24th. First serve is currently scheduled for 1 PM.
