AUSTIN, TX -- Texas Lutheran women's tennis dropped their first road match of the season to Concordia (TX) Friday afternoon, 8-1.

The team of Elena Brancaleon (San Antonio/Brandeis) and Paula Acosta picked up their first wins of the season - winning their doubles match 8-7 with an 9-7 tiebreaker over the Tornados.

Women's tennis was swept in singles competition.

Texas Lutheran is back in action on Saturday in their first conference matchup against the St. Thomas Celts in Houston. First serve is set for 11 AM.
