Women's Golf Concludes Round One at Hal Sutton Invitational

BOSSIER CITY, LA -- Texas Lutheran women's golf concluded day one at the 2024 Hal Sutton Invitational at the Centenary College Golf Club at Stonebridge on Monday.

Texas Lutheran only has two golfers - sophomore Jacqueline Springs (Seguin/Navarro) and junior Braydee Frederick (Normangee/Normangee) - participating in the tournament and will not configure into the team standings.

Springs finished day one with a 22-over-par 72 on Monday and currently sits in a tie for 19th place. Frederick finished six strokes behind - finishing her opening round 28-over par to sit in 25th place through round one.

The Bulldogs will look to climb the leaderboard as they tee off for their final round tomorrow, March 19th, at Centenary College Golf Club at Stonebridge.
