Bulldogs' Garza, Flores in tie for 24th at West Region Invitational
GEORGETOWN, Texas -- Texas Lutheran women's golfers Audre Garza and Wynter Flores are tied for 24th at the West Region Invitational after each shot a 91 Monday at Berry Creek Country Club.
The Bulldogs played with three women's golfers and did not figure into the team standings.
TLU's Samantha De La Rosa posted a 107.
Southwestern and Mary Hardin-Baylor lead the team race after each shot a 321 on Monday.
The Pirates' Madison Goldberg and Mary Hardin-Baylor's Sydney McConnell and Sarah Kmiecik share the first-round lead after each player shot a 76.
The tournament concludes Tuesday with a final 18 holes at Berry Creek.
