
Acero, Brown earn USTFCCCA Second-Team All-America honors at NCAA Outdoor Championships
GENEVA, OH -- The Texas Lutheran men's track and field program finished with two USTFCCCA Second Team All-America honors following the conclusion of the 2025 NCAA outdoor track and field championships.
Ezra Acero (San Antonio/Harlan) earned his first USTFCCCA Second Team All-America in three NCAA Championship appearances after finishing tied for tenth in the men's pole vault. With the honor, Acero ends his decorated career as not only TLU's record holder in the indoor and outdoor pole vault, but the first male to earn All-America honors in the pole vault in TLU Track and Field history.
Freshman Braylen Brown finished seventh in heat one and 16th overall with a time of 48.99 seconds to earn his All-American honor in the 400m dash.
