Coach Holland's Comments: Zachary Herman had a huge personal record in the shot put event to launch himself onto top NCAA standings alongside teammate Scottie Reyes. Reyes also had a good day in his throws today. Our sprinters ran some fast times and fared well in the 4x100.

We are always looking forward to the next week and how we can improve as we move along into the season.
