Men's Tennis Falls to Colorado College in SCAC Quarterfinals
GEORGETOWN, Texas -- Texas Lutheran men's tennis fell to third-seeded Colorado College, 6-0, on Thursday during SCAC quarterfinal action at Marvin D. Henderson Tennis Courts in Georgetown, Texas.
With the loss, the Bulldogs finish their season with a 4-14 record.
Texas Lutheran was swept in doubles play. Cashton Herrera (New Braunfels/New Braunfels) and Austin Hudson (San Marcos/San Marcos) fought to an 8-4 conclusion. Eric Moninger (New Braunfels/New Braunfels) and Aaron Salinas (Kerrville/Tivy) played to an 8-3 finish.
The Tigers would clinch their spot in the SCAC semifinals with three singles wins.
