Bulldogs Third Through 36 Holes at John Bohmann Invite

SEGUIN, TX -- Texas Lutheran's men's golf team carded a 5-over 284 during its second round at the John Bohmann Memorial Invite on Monday as they sit in third place heading into day two of the tournament at Seguin's Starcke Park Golf Course.

Through 36 holes at the par-71 course, the Texas Lutheran Bulldogs stand at 9-over 577 and one shot out of second place held by University of Dallas. Trinity University sits in first place in the team race at 4-under 564.

TLU's Chase Maus (Manor/Manor) fired off a 3-under second round to move into 4th place and two strokes out of first place.

Senior Chandler Otto (Round Rock/Cedar Ridge) shot 1-under in back to back rounds to sit at 140 and tied for sixth place - joining Maus in out pacing players from Division-I Texas State.

The Bulldogs will begin their final round tomorrow at 8 AM at Starcke Park Golf Course. Stats will be available at golfstat.com
