Peavy Selected to the ABCA/Rawlings All-Region Second Team

SEGUIN, Texas -- Texas Lutheran sophomore designated hitter Adam Peavy (Houston/Memorial) was named to the 2024 American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA)/Rawlings All-West Region (Region 10) Second Team, the organization announced on Tuesday.

Peavy was previously selected to the All-SCAC Second Team earlier this month. The sophomore led the Bulldogs with .524 slugging percentage. Peavy also tied for the most doubles (9) and triples (2) on the team, while being second in home runs (5) and total bases (77) and third in RBIs (37). Peavy recorded 16 multi-hit games and had nine multi-RBI contests this season.

Texas Lutheran has had at least one player earn ABCA All-Region honors the last six seasons.

The teams are voted on by members of the American Baseball Coaches Association and the process is led by the ABCA NCAA Div. III All-America & Coach of the Year Committee.
