A 2005 graduate, Tommy Stolhandske left Texas Lutheran as one of the most decorated men’s basketball players in program history.  The San Antonio native is second in school history in career rebounds with 914, and ranks sixth in school history in points with 1,648.  This kind of production didn’t go unnoticed as Tommy was named a finalist for the Josten’s Trophy, awarded to the nation’s most outstanding NCAA Division III Men’s Basketball Student Athlete, in each of his last two years at TLU; he earned Second Team All- American honors his senior season.  He also earned three-time ASC All-Conference recognition as well as a place on the D3hoops.colm All-South Region First Team as a junior.  An outstanding student, Tommy was also a two-time Academic All-American.
