Bio

Ashley Williams is second all-time in school history for most All-American citations won in a career.  She is a nine-time All-American and a member of two NCAA Division III National Championship squads.  She won a national championship on the 2007 NCAA Division III indoor 4x400 meter relay squad and won a National Championship on the 2008 NCAA Division III outdoor 4x100 relay team.  She also was a member of a national runner-up relay squad (the 4x400 outdoor relay team in 2008).  Ashley also ran on relay teams that finished third nationally (the4x100 outdoor relay team of 2007 and the 4x400 indoor relay team of 2008).  She qualified for nationals individually in the indoor and outdoor championships.
