Bio

Amber Meeks Johnson was a three-time All-American in women’s track and field and anchored TLU to an NCAA Division III outdoor 4x100 meter national championship in 2008.  In addition to the 2008 All-American honor for the 4x100 relay, Johnson was an All-American in the outdoor 4x100 relay in 2007 (third in the nation) and in the outdoor 4x100 relay in 2005 (sixth in the nation).  Amber also was a starting outside hitter for TLU Women’s Volleyball.  She was a starter on the American Southwest Conference Championship team.  That 2007 team advanced to the NCAA Division III tournament (becoming the second NCAA Division III volleyball national qualifier in school history).
