IRVING, Texas -- Texas Lutheran women's tennis improved to 3-10 overall and 2-1 in SCAC play Saturday afternoon after defeating University of Dallas, 8-1, in Irving.

Texas Lutheran swept the doubles matches for the second time this season. The team of Lindsay Beville (New Braunfels/Canyon) and Cooper Lindstrom (San Antonio/TMI Episcopal) would pick up their third win as a team on the season, winning their match, 8-2. The Speyrer sisters, Abbie Speyrer (Shallowater/Shallowater) and Allie Speyrer (Shallowater/Shallowater) won their doubles match, 8-4, for their fourth win of the season as a team.
