Bulldogs Wrap Space City Classic

HOUSTON, Texas -- The Texas Lutheran women's golf team wrapped the 2024 Space City Classic Tuesday at Gus Wortham Golf Course in Houston, Texas.

Braydee Frederick (Normangee/Normangee) paced the Bulldogs on day two with an 18-over 71 in the final round Tuesday. She finished the Classic 28-over and tied for 21st place in the 36-hole tournament.

Jacqueline Springs (Seguin/Navarro) finished 44th with a score of 47-over. Jordyn Ponewash (Flatonia/Flatonia) signed for a final tally of 96 on day two to close the Classic at 54-over to finish 47th.

The Bulldogs return to the course next month when they participate in the Hal Sutton Invitational hosted by Centenary College in Bossier City, Louisiana, March 18-19th.
