Bulldogs Wrap Lady Bulldog Classic
BLANCO, Texas -- The Texas Lutheran women's golf team wrapped the 2022 Lady Bulldog Classic Tuesday at Vaaler Creek Golf Course in Blanco, Texas.
As a team, Texas Lutheran finished seven in a field on nine teams combining for a score of 717, 141-over par over 36 holes.
Wynter Flores (San Antonio/Incarnate Word) paced the Bulldogs on day two with 10-over 72 in the final round Tuesday. She finished the Classic 27-over and tied for 22nd place in the 36-hole tournament - climbing the leaderboard 11 spots from Monday.
Braydee Frederick (Normangee/Normangee) finished 31st with a score of 30-over. Audre Garza (New Braunfels/Canyon) signed for a final tally of 93 on day two to close the Classic at 39-over to finish tied for 37th.
The Bulldogs return to the course next month when they participate in the Tempest Intercollegiate hosted by LeTourneau University in Gladewater, Texas, October 3-4th.
