Bulldogs Compete in Day One of Lady Bulldog Classic

BLANCO, Texas -- Texas Lutheran Women's golf opened its 2022 fall schedule Monday in the Lady Bulldog Classic at Vaaler Creek Golf Course in Blanco, Texas.

Sophomore Braydee Frederick (Normangee/Normangee) paced the Bulldogs shooting 16-over (88) as she finished tied for 28th through day one of the Bulldog Classic.

Senior Wynter Flores (San Antonio/Incarnate Word) and Audre Garza (New Braunfels/Canyon) trail Frederick by one and two strokes respectively to tie for 33rd and 35th.

As a team, Texas Lutheran is tied for 8th through the opening 18 holes with a score of 73-over 361. Trinity University leads the Lady Bulldog Classic through the first day with a score of 24-over 312.

The Bulldogs will begin their final round tomorrow at 8 AM at Vaaler Creek Golf Course. Stats will be available at golfstat.com.
