Bunch, Cosley Represent TLU A&T at NCATA D3 Championships

BELTON, Texas -- To conclude their historic inaugural season, Texas Lutheran Acrobatics and Tumbling sent two entrants, Gracen Bunch (Georgetown/Georgetown) and Phoenix Cosley (Round Rock/Hendrickson), to represent TLU in the duo tumbling event at the NCATA Division-III Tournament hosted by Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton, Texas.

The duo would face representatives from Mary Hardin-Baylor, who would be named Division-III NCATA Champions Saturday night, as well as Adrian College. UMHB would win the event with a score of 8.900.

Texas Lutheran concludes its inaugural season with an 0-6 record and a NCATA appearance under first-year head coach Cam Bryant. The Bulldogs will graduate one senior Ally Varenhorst (Schertz/Steele). We thank her for all of her contributions to the Texas Lutheran acrobatics and tumbling program and being a part of the inaugural season.
