GEORGETOWN, Texas -- In non-conference action against conference rival Southwestern University, Texas Lutheran Women's Soccer fell 3-0 to the Pirates on Friday night in Georgetown, Texas.
TLU fell to 2-1-1 overall. Southwestern improved to 5-0.
The Pirates received a pair of goals form Alexis Guajardo, the first in the eighth minute and the second in the 84th minute.
Katey Ewton gave Southwestern a 2-0 lead with a goal in the 37th minute.
Southwestern held a 10-7 edge in total shots and a 5-3 edge in shots on goal.
TLU continues its non-conference schedule with a noon match Sunday against Huston-Tillotson University. The match will be played at TLU's Gustafson Field.
