Bio

Krystal Schneider was hired in September 2013 as an assistant women's basketball coach. She has been a part of two Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Tournament Championships and two SCAC Regular Season Co-Championships.

The 2020-21 season will be Schneider's eighth with the Bulldogs.

The Bulldogs have made two appearances in the NCAA Division III Women's Basketball Championships (first round appearances in 2014 and 2019).

Schneider came to Texas Lutheran after three years at Texas A&M-Kingsville, where she served as a graduate assistant for women's basketball under Head Coach Michael Trujillo. During her time at Kingsville, Schneider earned a master's degree in kinesiology. She graduated in 2012 with the master's degree. 

Schneider attended Texas A&M - College Station for undergraduate studies, graduating with a bachelor's of science degree in sport management in 2010. During her time at Texas A&M, she served as a student manager, intern and student worker for the women's basketball program. 

Schneider graduated from Anderson-Shiro High School in 2006. She played basketball, volleyball, softball, track & field and ran cross country for the Owls.

Schneider was born and raised in Anderson, Texas.
