LeTourneau gets pair of match wins over Texas Lutheran
SEGUIN, Texas -- LeTourneau University tennis teams collected 6-3 (women) and 7-2 (men) wins Sunday against Texas Lutheran at TLU's Ohlenbusch-Rinn Tennis Center.
LeTourneau Women improved to 5-7 overall. TLU Women fell to 4-4.
LeTourneau Men moved to 7-6 overall. TLU Men dropped to 4-4.
The YellowJackets took 2-1 leads after doubles play in the women's and men's matches.
TLU Women picked up singles victories from Mary Eby (Rockport/Rockport-Fulton) and Kaitlyn Enloe (Seguin/Seguin).
Johari Dramiga (San Antonio/East Central) won at No. 5 singles for the TLU Men.
Samantha Stafford (Rockport/Rockport-Fulton) and Enloe grabbed a women's doubles victory at the No. 3 position.
Mario Martinez (Houston/Cypress Creek) and Jared Mason (Sugar Land/Travis) grabbed a win at No. 2 men's doubles.
The Bulldogs are back in action Friday with 3 p.m. home matches against Dallas Baptist.
