Texas Lutheran to host pair of SCAC volleyball matches Wednesday in Memorial Gymnasium

SEGUIN, Texas -- Texas Lutheran will host a pair of Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference matches Wednesday in TLU's Memorial Gymnasium (Jim Shuler Court).

The first match will feature Trinity University vs. University of St. Thomas at 4:15 p.m.

Texas Lutheran and St. Thomas will play the 6:15 p.m. match.

Both matches are make-up contests from Friday's SCAC Group Divisional schedule in Denver.

St. Thomas could not travel from Houston to Denver in time for the Friday matches against Trinity and TLU. Weather in the Houston area prevented the travel. St. Thomas did make it to Denver for the two conference matches on Saturday.

St. Thomas is 3-6 overall and 1-2 in the SCAC. Trinity is 11-3 overall and 3-0 in the SCAC.

TLU holds an overall record of 8-7 with a conference mark of 1-2.
