PACIFIC GROVE, Calif. -- Texas Lutheran Women's Golf, led by Summer Swift's 4-over 76, posted a team score of 339 Saturday at the University of California at Santa Cruz Spring Invite.

At the Pacific Grove Golf Links, the Bulldogs sit in fifth place in the team standings.

Swift (Fentress/San Marcos) is seventh overall, five shots behind Annabelle Huether of Pomona-Pitzer.

Halie Lewis (Schulenburg/Schulenburg) and Kristen Cox (Utopia/Utopia) each posted rounds in the 80s. Lewis fired an 85 and is 27th overall. Cox posted an 87 and is in a tie for 30th.

Kaley Martin (Cypress/Cypress Woods) shot an opening-round 91, and Kristen Laird (Seguin/Seguin) carded a 108.

George Fox University holds the overnight lead with a round to play. George Fox fired a 295 team score and leads Pomona Pitzer by 13 shots.

George Fox and Pomona-Pitzer are followed in the team standings by: Ottawa University (317), Occidental College (329), TLU, UC Santa Cruz (344), and McMurry (348).
