Southwestern posts 9-0 road win over TLU Men's Tennis
SEGUIN, Texas -- Southwestern Men's Tennis collected a 9-0 team match victory Thursday afternoon against Texas Lutheran.
The Pirates improved to 6-1 overall. TLU dropped to 2-8.
At TLU's Ohlenbusch-Rinn Tennis Center, Southwestern opened the match by dropping just two games in doubles play - posting 8-1, 8-0, and 8-1 wins.
In singles action, the Pirates posted six straight-set wins.
TLU Men's Tennis returns to action with a home match at 1 p.m. Saturday against Howard Payne.
TLU Women's Tennis plays Southwestern on Friday at Ohlenbusch-Rinn Tennis Center. Match time is set for a 5 p.m. start.
