Harry Miller, Jr.
Bio
Harry Miller, Jr. had two successful basketball seasons with the Bulldogs after playing at Howard Junior College. He was Texas Lutheran’s leading scorer in the 1972-73 season, and also led the team in rebounding and was named to the Big State Conference Second Team. The Bulldogs were 19-8 the next season to finish second place in the BSC with a 10-2 mark. Miller was again the leading scorer with a 20.8 average. In his career at TLC, Harry scored 1,075 points and had a 53% field goal average. Harry went on to become head coach at Seguin High School, and later was the first Texas Lutheran graduate to become a head coach at an NCAA Division I university, Baylor. His wife, Linda, is also a Texas Lutheran graduate.
