Bio

Krystal Schneider enters her 11th season as an assistant coach with the Bulldogs, previously serving for eight years under coach Mel Dixon. During her tenure, she has been a part of two Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Tournament Championships (2014, 2019) and two SCAC Regular Season Co-Championships (2014, 2015).

The Bulldogs have made two appearances in the NCAA Division III Women's Basketball Championships (first round appearances in 2014 and 2019).

Schneider came to Texas Lutheran after three years at Texas A&M-Kingsville, where she served as a graduate assistant for women's basketball under Head Coach Michael Trujillo. During her time at Kingsville, Schneider earned a master's degree in kinesiology in 2012.

Schneider attended Texas A&M - College Station for undergraduate studies, graduating with a bachelor's of science degree in sports management in 2010. During her time at Texas A&M, she served as a student manager, intern and student worker for the women's basketball program.
